Position Summary:
The Account Manager I role serves as the primary liaison for both current and prospective clients within the Commercial Lines Digital Service Insurance division. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, advocating for services, and facilitating remarketing initiatives. The Account Manager I works collaboratively with insurance professionals to effectively meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential clients
- Build and nurture client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Promote services and create tailored solutions for clients
- Maintain professional relationships to enhance market presence
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address inquiries with professionalism
- Enhance product knowledge and client engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a license within 90 days
- Work under the guidance of senior team members
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Education and Experience:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in managing client accounts successfully
