Key Responsibilities:
Deliver OUTSTANDING service to members and guests, ensuring high sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and warmly welcome members and guests upon their arrival.
Effectively communicate and highlight the advantages of the Benefits Program to our clientele.
Reconnect with inactive members to enhance engagement.
Relay member feedback and concerns to management.
Promote and sell retail products and additional services alongside memberships.
Stay informed about current retail offerings and promotional activities.
Support the maintenance of a professional front desk and reception area.
Assist with administrative duties while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Help maintain cleanliness in therapy rooms, common areas, and storage spaces.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior SALES experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss membership benefits and center policies with members and guests.
A collaborative spirit to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
Customer service and sales orientation are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with guests, management, and staff.
Basic knowledge of massage and esthetics services is beneficial.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
