The Strategic Vendor Relations Manager will oversee the profit and loss, business strategy, and operational aspects for a crucial brand (or two), crafting marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure inventory efficiency, and propelling growth.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable leader with a proven history of high performance, capable of earning the trust of both internal and external stakeholders, delving deep into operations, and possessing experience in fast-paced business settings.


What You'll Do:
Take complete ownership of brand sales, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and overall brand performance.


Ensure exemplary execution across vendor operations, which encompasses item and content setup, ordering/forecasting, promotional planning, and more.

Formulate strategies to expand the business, drive rapid growth, introduce new products, and enhance vendor partnerships.

Conduct thorough market analysis, customer insights, and data evaluation to boost performance and refine strategies.

What You'll Need:
3+ years of comprehensive business experience in leading ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or comparable sectors.

3+ years of experience in category or brand management.

Strong overall business acumen with fluency in vendor management, product management, marketing, supply chain, operations, and project management.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling new, complex businesses at a high growth rate.

Proven operational expertise, skilled in high-quality go-to-market execution, with a steadfast growth mindset.

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Compensation & Benefits:


The compensation range for the Strategic Vendor Relations Manager position is competitive, with specific salary influenced by various factors, including relevant experience and education.

This role is also eligible for a 401k plan and an equity grant for new hires and annually.

We provide a variety of insurance options, including medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, and more.

Additional benefits include parental leave, family services, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, and various discounts.


Team members accrue paid time off (PTO), while salaried-exempt employees enjoy unlimited PTO, subject to managerial approval.
