Position Overview:
The Donor Services & Data Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Development Department, reporting directly to the Director of Institutional Advancement. This position is classified as Non-Exempt and is an annual full-time role.
Compensation:
$47,000-$52,000/year based on qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, voluntary supplemental benefits, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, personal time, and paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
The Donor Services & Data Specialist is integral to Trinity Rep's development team, focusing on enhancing fundraising efforts and fostering positive relationships with patrons. The role includes:
- Data Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the fundraising database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor and gift information.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports to track fundraising progress and analyze donor engagement.
- Donor Support: Provide exceptional service to donors, ensuring fulfillment of benefits and addressing inquiries regarding contributions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Team to coordinate fundraising events and activities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a customer relationship management system or similar database.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment:
