Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
In-person attendance required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a multi-line telephone system, addressing general inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate personnel within the Admissions Office.
2. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that information regarding programs and services is readily available to visitors.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service and administrative assistance, addressing the needs of prospective students and maintaining departmental records.
4. Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning, indexing, and linking documents to applicant files.
5. Conduct data entry and make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy in records.
6. Coordinate the distribution of admissions materials, including bulk shipments, while adhering to weight limits.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and answering inquiries.
Compensation:
$22 per hour
