CASA DE LA FAMILIA is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to our community. We're looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to fill the position of Administrative Support Specialist.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You'll also assist the administrative team with various tasks and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail Sorting and Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail to the right departments and personnel.
  • Outgoing Mail Preparation: Prepare and send outgoing mail, including letters, packages, and other documents.
  • Mailroom Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized mailroom, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and mail is sorted efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Clerical Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding mail services and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Shipping and Receiving Management: Track and manage shipping and receiving records.
  • Courier Services Coordination: Coordinate with courier services for special deliveries and pickups.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Estimated Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
