Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers and visitors warmly, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and clear communication with callers.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining office software as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
