About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at 3 Day Blinds (Sales). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients, helping them to find the perfect window treatments for their homes and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on our range of window treatments.
  • Sales and Service: Sell and install our products, ensuring that clients are completely satisfied with their purchases.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest products and services, and be able to communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or home decor environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with window treatments and home decor products, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with our latest offerings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based programs and ability to quickly learn new technology processes and systems.
