Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships to create loyal customers.
- Guide customers in choosing a vehicle by actively engaging and asking pertinent questions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of product offerings, optional features, and the latest technology.
- Conduct professional presentations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Develop skills to address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals and accomplishments.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and strive for high performance daily.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends
- Able to quickly assimilate and master new product information
- Exceptional communication skills with clients
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background screening
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and communicate verbally.
- Occasionally sit and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Require close vision and depth perception.
Work Environment
- Predominantly standing and walking in various weather conditions.
