Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening
  • Establish rapport and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up to build long-term clientele
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
  • Maintain a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate product performance and benefits to customers
  • Learn to navigate objections, close sales, and adhere to all steps of the sales process in line with company standards
