About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, features, and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing sales environments, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and customer interactions.
