Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can establish strong customer relationships, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas. You should also be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, able to make presentations to potential customers, and bilingual – Spanish preferred. A Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are required, and you must be able to obtain them.
