Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure the health and profitability of existing and new clients through bespoke processes, regular communication, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Team Management: Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop team members and strengthen the next level of leaders.
  • New Business and Organic Growth: Support the President and Owner/Chief Creative Strategy Officer in developing new relationships with prospective clients, pitch consultants, and overseeing/participating in new business pitches.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
