Strategic Business Development Manager

Bhired is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with health insurance brokers, focusing on building long-term relationships and promoting tailored benefits solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably within the health insurance or employee benefits industry. They will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, generating leads, and supporting brokers in understanding and effectively communicating the advantages of company offerings.
This position requires excellent relationship-building skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in sales pipeline management. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain strategic broker partnerships, drive referrals, and manage a full opportunity pipeline with a targeted close ratio of 10-15%.
Salary: $87,500 - $100,000 per year
