As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on building a community that values both people and the planet. Your leadership will help us push the boundaries of design and development in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure compliance with all operational, human resources, and loss prevention policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as directed by headquarters and the leadership team.
  • Organize and manage both back-of-house and front-of-house areas according to established guidelines.
  • Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships by engaging with them and sharing our brand's story.
  • Guide your team in effective clienteling practices.
  • Support and initiate local events driven by the company.
  • Share insights and strategies related to product launches.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of products, company history, policies, and strategies.
  • Adapt to the scheduling needs of the business.
  • Accurately perform POS transactions and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Seize opportunities to represent the brand at events outside the store, such as pop-up shops or community clean-ups.
  • Achieve personal sales goals through a unique selling approach and accountability discussions.
  • Lead by example, serving as a role model for your team.
  • Maximize personal sales opportunities through effective styling.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail leadership roles.
  • Strong styling skills with an eye for current fashion trends.

  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

Physical Capabilities:

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Capability to climb ladders.
  • Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and store visits.
