THE ROLE

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will assist the brand leader and store manager in inspiring and guiding your team to provide an outstanding brand experience for our customers.

Your store will serve as a hub for AllSaints enthusiasts and customers in the area, whether they shop with us in-store or online. You will support the brand leader and store team in delivering exceptional service both in-store and online. Additionally, you will provide knowledge, leadership, and assistance to stylist team members handling initial customer inquiries through our online customer service platform.

This role requires excellent organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure that the in-store customer experience remains consistently exceptional and that the store embodies the AllSaints brand in the most engaging manner.

Leading the stylist team will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, as you will coach and support team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service that makes our customers feel valued.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Your primary focus will be on the busy sales floor, collaborating with stylist teams to ensure smooth operations and that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • You will provide leadership and support to stylist team members addressing initial customer queries, emails, chats, and calls regarding products and orders through our online customer service system.
  • Collaborate with our specialized customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  • Act as an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers as well as your team.
  • With a commercial mindset, you will ensure our products are well-presented at all times, adhering to guidelines and prominently displaying best-selling items to enhance the customer experience.
  • You will oversee daily store operations, ensuring effective team deployment and providing the necessary support and coaching to your stylists.
  • Work alongside the management team to help the store exceed its targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively handle personnel matters, including return-to-work interviews and liaising with HR on specific issues that may require investigations or performance management.
  • Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules, setting the store up for success each day.

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $23/hr - $24/hr (plus potential for additional earnings through our team commission scheme)

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region encompasses 76 retail locations across the US and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City.
