Team Overview:
The Retail Operations Leader will embody the spirit of Pandora.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This position provides the exciting chance to engage with customers on the sales floor and collaborate with your team to drive sales performance.

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will mentor and oversee a team of Assistant Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

5. Inspiring and coaching the sales team, promoting accountability for both individual and store performance. Providing timely feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI objectives.
6. Building a loyal customer base by engaging authentically and nurturing lasting relationships beyond mere transactions.

7. Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and address any performance challenges and policy compliance issues.

8. Utilizing your expertise in talent management, brand representation, operations, and customer experience to ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising standards, operational efficiency, and ongoing talent development.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

1. Proven leadership experience with a results-oriented approach, ideally 3-5 years as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of care.
3. The ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
4. Sharp business acumen paired with analytical skills that yield positive outcomes.
5. Talent acquisition skills, with a focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing outstanding teams, along with succession planning and internal mobility.
6. Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
7. Eligibility to work and proof of identity.
8. A flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. This role may require standing for extended periods and lifting weights of 50+ pounds.

Benefits:

Salary:
$39.00 to $45.00 based on experience.
