- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in retail management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proven sales record.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Knowledge of retail operational processes.

- Regular attendance is essential for meeting company objectives, with flexibility to work various shifts.
- Constant walking/standing throughout the shift.
