Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Lead Retail Operations Manager, you will mentor fellow leaders to drive outstanding performance from their teams.   • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as work hours will align with business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
  • At Apple, base compensation is one component of our comprehensive rewards package and is determined within a specified range. This allows for growth as you advance in your role. The base pay range for this position is between $48.95 and $81.55/hr, with actual pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Eligible employees may receive discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include: comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts on products and services, and reimbursement for educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation assistance.
