Role Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the store manager and brand leader in fostering a motivated team that provides an outstanding shopping experience. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our store serves as a vibrant hub for AllSaints enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and that every visitor enjoys a premium experience.
  • Guide and support team members in addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with customer experience leaders to monitor team performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our products, inspiring both customers and team members alike.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring products are displayed according to brand standards and best practices.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring optimal team deployment and providing necessary coaching to staff.
  • Work closely with management to achieve and surpass store performance targets.
  • Handle personnel matters, including conducting return-to-work interviews and collaborating with HR on various employee-related issues.
  • Independently create and manage store layouts and staff schedules to maximize operational success.

Compensation
