Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Claims Specialist II to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing both single and multi-party claims related to personal or commercial lines, which may present moderate to high complexity and exposure. You will be responsible for adhering to established protocols to ensure efficient and effective claims handling while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims with moderate direction, ensuring compliance with established authority limits.
  • Deliver exceptional customer-centric service throughout the claims process.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess claims exposure and complexity.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Claims or Insurance sector, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Must obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in handling Commercial General Liability Litigated Claims.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and actuarial concepts.
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships across functions.
