Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled insurance professional to fill the role of Auto Liability Adjuster. This position involves investigating and adjusting both first-party and third-party automobile claims. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for assessing claims, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damages, and negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with insured parties, claimants, and witnesses.
- Gather and analyze evidence, police reports, and investigation findings.
- Examine losses and identify potential coverage issues.
- Facilitate negotiations for settlements with claimants.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling auto liability claims.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with non-standard auto coverage is advantageous.
- Experience with auto claims across various states is a plus.
- Knowledge of Guidewire software is beneficial.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
- This role operates in a hybrid model from our Dallas office.
