This dynamic TPA is located in Dallas and is experiencing rapid growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing claims in accordance with each program's standards, aiming for optimal claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned first-party auto claims of varying complexity levels (Collision, Comprehensive, Cargo, Auto Property Damage).
  • Conduct thorough investigations for each claim, ensuring prompt and relevant communication with all parties involved to assess potential liabilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely analysis of coverage and effective communication with insured individuals and carriers.
  • Confirm the nature and extent of liabilities by gathering and reviewing necessary documentation and damage reports.
  • Identify, select, and coordinate with appropriate internal and/or external resources, such as appraisers and specialists, to effectively assess claims.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in claims handling.
  • Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and database management software.
  • Licensing Requirement: To fulfill the essential functions of this role, obtaining and maintaining necessary Insurance License(s) is mandatory to meet provincial and company standards.
