Volt is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and collaborating with sales and service teams to address various pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.
  • Monitoring the status of product returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinating field service repair appointments as necessary.
  • Managing requests for additional company resources.
  • Keeping accurate records of returns, schedule modifications, product updates, pricing adjustments, and resolving credit issues related to returns.
  • Handling tasks that are generally routine but require the ability to identify deviations from standard practices.
  • Receiving general guidance on standard tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
  • Assisting in the technical aspects of medication preparation and distribution under the supervision of licensed professionals.
  • Ensuring tasks are verified by qualified personnel.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data intake or related fields.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
This position is a Contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: $17 to $18.50 per hour on W2.

Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
