As an Associate Client Strategist at Epsilon Data Interactive, Inc., you will be pivotal in expanding our existing client portfolio. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge to identify, persuade, present, and finalize agreements with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Client Engagement: Establish yourself as a reliable partner for clients, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes that drive revenue for our Digital Media division.
- Data Analysis: Oversee client reporting and analytics, deriving actionable insights from data to make informed strategic recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team to coordinate internal resources for delivering tailored solutions to our travel sector clients.
- Consultative Approach: Employ innovative thinking to craft personalized sales strategies that meet the marketing objectives of clients.
- Account Oversight: Manage daily account operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration both internally and with clients.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including teams from Epsilon Auto, Digital Media, analytics, and compliance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create a comprehensive plan for success that guarantees client satisfaction and fosters trust, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in business, particularly within digital media and programmatic advertising.
- Proven experience in client management or sales, with a focus on digital advertising and marketing solutions.
- Expertise in campaign reporting and performance analysis, with the ability to derive insights and present findings effectively.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including programmatic display, video, and streaming media.
- Self-driven with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Solid quantitative skills and familiarity with analytical tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, capable of engaging with various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
