Compensation: $18/hr
Onsite position with potential for permanent placement and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and identify the issue or reason for their inquiry.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor towards clients.
- Address client requests through phone and email communication.
- Assist with processing parts orders, returns, and outstanding items.
- Collect payment details and other essential information such as contact details.
- Utilize technology to manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to fulfill client requests.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of small parts and freight shipping procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Customer Support Manager regarding the efficiency of the customer service operations and suggest improvements as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in customer service.

- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other online tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
