Role Overview: Client Services Billing and Deposit Assistance

This role is centered around delivering exceptional support for client services associated with billing and deposits across various communication channels, including email, chat, and telecommunication. Key responsibilities encompass troubleshooting issues, performing rate assessments, providing technical assistance, managing service escalation calls, and offering comprehensive support and training as required.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Address billing and account inquiries for both internal and external clients
  • Resolve deposit and account-related challenges to facilitate seamless transaction processing
  • Assist in managing escalated inquiries and issues from agents, merchants, and partners
  • Investigate and rectify account/billing/deposit discrepancies impacting partner communications
  • Ensure quality assurance and prompt handling of all inquiries
  • Effectively manage support tickets with thorough documentation for ongoing assistance
  • Provide resources and documentation for self-service support
  • Conduct training sessions for internal agents, merchants, and partners
  • Adhere to established service level standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years in client service roles
  • Familiarity with TSYS and First Data systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of security software and Salesforce CRM is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Experience with payment processing networks and equipment vendors
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain exceptional documentation
  • Previous training experience and bilingual skills are a plus

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
