  • Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including notes and communication history.
  • Lien Waiver Management: Manage high-volume lien waiver requests, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulations.
  • Cash Application: Participate in cash application processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Area Credit Managers and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Credit/Collection Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in credit or collection, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
