Job Overview

Aurora Payments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with business decision makers, managing your pipeline, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business decision makers
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using a CRM system
  • Make outbound calls to generate proposals and close deals
  • Educate clients on the payment processing industry and build rapport
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and complete online applications
  • Closing a minimum of 8 sales per month
Requirements
  • 1+ years of outbound phone sales experience
  • Previous payments experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system, a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion to accomplish new tasks
  • Great attitude, energy, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Receptive to evaluation, coaching, and ongoing training
  • Ethical, collaborative contributor impacting outcome and culture
What We Offer

  • Hourly base pay equal to $40-50K annually, DOE
  • Per account and monthly bonus structure
