Sales Executive

Aurora Payments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with business decision makers, managing your pipeline, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business decision makers
- Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using a CRM system
- Make outbound calls to generate proposals and close deals
- Educate clients on the payment processing industry and build rapport
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and complete online applications
- Closing a minimum of 8 sales per month
- 1+ years of outbound phone sales experience
- Previous payments experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing a CRM system, a plus
- Intellectual curiosity and passion to accomplish new tasks
- Great attitude, energy, and self-motivated work ethic
- Receptive to evaluation, coaching, and ongoing training
- Ethical, collaborative contributor impacting outcome and culture
- 5-day work week (Mon – Fri)
- Hourly base pay equal to $40-50K annually, DOE
- Per account and monthly bonus structure
- Recurring monthly revenue share
- True OTE of $65-$85K first year and +$100,000K second year
