Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering and nurturing relationships with premier installers and distribution partners, aiming to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
- Collaborate across departments to align with all stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand and address their requirements.
- Conduct site visits to identify potential growth opportunities within our offerings.
- Oversee all reporting related to the status of client accounts.
- Identify and develop new business prospects.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy targeting high-potential clients.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs within the distribution channel.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installation contractors, EPCs, and end users.
- Engage in fieldwork a minimum of three days per week; overnight travel is a requirement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing situations.
- Proven ability in prospecting and business development.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management, with a focus on solution selling.
- Familiarity with residential solar design and installation practices is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in both Mac and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to 65% for client engagements, trade shows, and co-marketing activities.
Location
This role is primarily based in the Northeast region.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package that reflects individual experience, skills, and education. The anticipated total compensation (base salary plus commission) for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on market conditions.
