Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Key Skills: Expertise in sales, ability to cultivate customer relationships, familiarity with Salesforce, advanced proficiency in Excel, and willingness to travel.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in presenting to senior executives.
- Background in distribution and laboratory sales is advantageous.
- Experience in managing gross profits and margins.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
MGM McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. offers a competitive compensation package based on performance, experience, and skills. The Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position is competitive.
