Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Full-Cycle, Outbound Inside Sales Representative with a strong history of success in a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate will be goal-driven, adept at cold calling, and proficient in innovative prospecting techniques, utilizing a combination of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with the right contacts and meet sales objectives. Familiarity with sales sequencing tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media and industry events;
- Evaluate leads to assess their potential and fit.
- Sales Process Management:
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and other communication methods;
- Showcase and articulate the value of our products and services to prospective clients;
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals;
- Craft and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients;
- Respond to client inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly;
- Conduct follow-ups post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses in our CRM;
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights;
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape;
- Engage in training sessions and professional development to enhance sales capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales-oriented call center environment or 1 year of successful B2B Sales Development or Business Development experience in a fast-paced setting;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and familiarity with a sales engagement platform. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo is a plus.
