WORK SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY

We provide adaptable working hours, accommodating schedules that can range from a single shift weekly to as many as 5-6 shifts per week, with options for both daytime and evening hours.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 16 years old

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS

  • Operating all necessary equipment
  • Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, workspaces, and coolers
  • Preparing menu items
  • Managing telephone orders
  • Completing required documentation
  • Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis
  • Maintaining store equipment

TRAINING PROGRAM

  • On-the-job orientation and training
  • Training will encompass areas such as order taking, box labeling, and pizza preparation

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions accurately, as well as communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both in-person and over the phone during order processing.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong mathematical abilities for quick and precise calculations
  • Capability to handle monetary transactions efficiently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills for order processing
  • Coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for accurate and swift movements
  • Proficiency in entering orders using a computer or touchscreen

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Exposure to various weather conditions and food odors
  • In-store temperature variations
  • Potential for cramped working spaces and exposure to hot surfaces/tools
  • Handling sharp objects and moving mechanical parts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing for the majority of tasks
  • Walking, jogging, or running short distances
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
  • Pushing heavy objects with force
  • Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching throughout the day
  • Continuous hand tasks
