The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer by managing essential administrative tasks, thereby allowing the executive to focus on high-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Relieves the CEO of various administrative duties to enhance productivity.

  • Technical Proficiency: Requires a functional understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Time Management: Exhibits excellent Time Management abilities in a dynamic office environment.
  • Confidentiality: Handles sensitive and complex company matters with discretion.
  • Office Operations: Responsible for directing and coordinating business office operations.
  • Account Management: Oversees policies, objectives, and initiatives related to account management.
  • Supervision: Supervises clerical and administrative support activities.
  • Expense Control: Directs office activities to ensure expense control and enhance productivity.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepares both routine and advanced correspondence, and develops procedures and policies for office activities.
  • Office Supplies Management: Responsible for the maintenance and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.
  • Educational Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 4-6 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 7-9 years of experience. Creativity, analytical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Establishes work procedures and standards aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensures adherence to corporate standards.
  • Client Management: Manages and develops client accounts and assists in human resources programs and policies.
