The Adult Ministries Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering community and growth within the Norcross Adult Ministries. This position is essential for developing strategies for leader recruitment, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring effective communication among leaders. The Coordinator collaborates closely with the Campus Adult Ministries Pastor to support initiatives that enhance small group communities.
Key Responsibilities- Training Oversight: Supervise the training sessions for Small Group & One Step Team Leaders, ensuring the development of effective training teams.
- Ministry Support: Provide essential support to the Campus Adult Ministries Lead team.
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity of ministry-related data, including small group information and leader onboarding processes.
- Communication Management: Facilitate two-way communication within Adult Ministries, including oversight of newsletters and leader surveys.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks related to ministry events and initiatives, including calendaring and pastoral assignments.
- Event Coordination: Oversee logistics for Adult Ministries events, including reservations and setups, while training and leading volunteers.
- Activity Organization: Organize activities in eSpace and manage Strategy & Marketing requests for Adult Ministries initiatives.
- Small Group Launch Support: Assist in launching small groups at the designated campus.
- Weekend Experience Management: Ensure comprehensive oversight of the weekend One Step experience, including team scheduling and information dissemination.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the Campus Adult Ministries Pastor to track and manage ministry budgets and complete monthly expense reports.
