POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the New Product Development and Technical Services team, overseeing the launch and execution of various projects within our portfolio. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity to develop timelines, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and project alignment. The role necessitates foundational project management skills, showcased through the ability to facilitate project team meetings in a dynamic, cross-functional, and regulated environment. Responsibilities include managing the new product introduction process and technical service projects, such as cost-saving initiatives and product reformulations. Strong cross-functional business insight is essential, as collaboration with multiple departments, including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations, is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop milestone charts and project timelines in collaboration with project owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Document meeting minutes and track action items against key milestones.
  • Organize and lead regular project team meetings.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans.
  • Perform additional project management duties as required within Prestige Business Units.

  • Support business processes and requirements.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT/DEVELOPMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager in areas such as Manufacturing or Supply Chain, including Manufacturing Science and Technology, Operations/Production, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in dynamic project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including presentation capabilities with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from both direct and indirect leadership perspectives.
  • Experience in Technology Transfer leadership, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.
CERTIFICATIONS:
  • PMP certification is advantageous.

Salary Range: $105K to $110K
