Position Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Overview

The Clinical Research Coordinator will be instrumental in assisting Clinical Study Leads with the management and execution of international clinical research projects. This encompasses both in-house studies and those contracted to Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and facilitating meetings, including the preparation of agendas and presentation materials.
  • Compiling comprehensive study documentation and managing the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
  • Monitoring site activation processes and tracking updates.
  • Assisting with the posting of clinical trial information to registries.
  • Contributing to the review of line listings for Biostatistics and Data Review Meetings (BDRM).
  • Overseeing Third Party Vendors (TPV) and participating in departmental initiatives and revisions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Trial Master Files, specifically with Veeva Vault.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Clinical Trial Managers in CRO oversight.
  • Proficient in taking meeting minutes with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: This position is a contract role.

Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.
