Position Overview: Insight Global is seeking an Asset Management Associate to work remotely during EST hours, specifically from 8 AM to 5 PM, for a prominent pharmaceutical client.

Key Responsibilities: This role involves joining the Asset Management team and will focus on the coordination and scheduling of service visits for laboratory equipment, managing over 5,000 assets.

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Ensuring timely scheduling of service visits as per requests.
  • Conducting follow-ups and responding to emails promptly.
  • Distributing visit confirmations to relevant personnel.
  • Providing necessary documentation follow-up.

Additionally, responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling completed service requests in the asset management database.
  • Organizing meetings and creating summaries for laboratory equipment discussions.
  • Coordinating preventative maintenance visits for laboratory assets.
  • Assisting with various projects, such as developing presentations and generating asset data reports.

Communication: This position requires extensive communication with vendors, internal stakeholders (including equipment owners/users and Research and Development Site Operations), as well as the Asset Management Team.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $33 per hour.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external teams (vendors).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
