Work Schedule

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Hours may vary based on clinic needs, with potential scheduling from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Location

Flexibility to work at various Dent locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and guiding patients, their families, vendors, and other business associates.
  • Confirming and updating patient information.
  • Securing patient consent for treatment to ensure precise billing. Assisting patients with necessary forms and obtaining insurance waivers as required.
  • Processing relevant documentation and maintaining insurance card records.
  • Handling payments on patient accounts; reconciling cash receipts and payments in accordance with established policies.
  • Participating in cross-training across different clinic functions, including checkout, medical secretary, and medical assistant roles.
Training Program
  • Two weeks of comprehensive hands-on training, including an overview of insurance processes.
  • Additional training tailored to each clinic.
  • Ongoing training as necessary.
Compensation Structure
  • Most candidates will commence within the initial quartile of the pay range.
  • Compensation rates are based on experience.
