Work Schedule

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Hours may vary based on clinic needs, with potential scheduling from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and guiding patients, their families, vendors, and other business associates.
  • Confirming and updating patient information.
  • Securing patient consent for treatment to ensure accurate billing. Assisting patients with various forms and obtaining necessary insurance waivers.
  • Processing relevant documentation and copying insurance card details.
  • Collecting payments on patient accounts; reconciling cash receipts and payments in accordance with established policies.
  • Completing cross-training in other clinic roles, including checkout, medical secretary, and medical assistant.
Training Program
  • Two weeks of hands-on training, including an overview of insurance processes.
  • Additional training provided at each clinic location.
  • Ongoing training as required.
Compensation Structure
  • Most candidates will commence within the initial quartile of the pay range.
  • Compensation rates are based on experience.
