Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of our organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key messaging and communication channels that drive business results.
- Design and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and other communication materials that effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and external vendors.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation and drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications and change management, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years' experience in communications agency, strategy, or consulting roles leading strategic communications and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to turn broad topics into compelling stories and produce documents and presentations that are ready for management review.
- Results-oriented approach and follow through on commitments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, every time.
- Ability to act as a change management evangelist, with a strong understanding of organizational change and the ability to drive business results through effective communication.
- Self-starter attitude with strong partnering and consultative skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships across the enterprise.
- Interest in developing innovative communication approaches, including new emerging opportunities with AI technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Executive-level presence and strong business acumen, with experience creating executive leadership materials and communication.
- Experience in the biotech or healthcare industry, strongly preferred.
