Position: Senior Immigration and Global Mobility Advisor (Hybrid)
- Contract Duration: 6-18 Months
- Compensation: $50 - $55/hr
Role Summary:
In this position, you will engage in immigration, relocation, and taxation issues, concentrating on the management of employee documentation and files.
This is a proactive environment where your contributions will be valued.
The role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility and is based in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee documentation related to relocation and taxation.
- Manage and supervise employment visa applications for both domestic and international staff (H-1B, O-1, TN, L-1, ITC, etc.) as well as permanent residency processes (PERM, NIW, etc.).
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation, ensuring organization and completeness.
- Act as a custodian to guarantee compliance of all files.
- Deliver exceptional service and educate internal stakeholders and employees on Global Mobility topics.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks pertinent to the role.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Mobility team to streamline file management and processes.
- Assist in generating and analyzing data to inform program strategies and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Global Mobility initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in immigration, relocation, and taxation, with a preference for candidates possessing immigration paralegal experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with shared technologies.
- Enthusiastic about technology, digitization, and AI.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new systems.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Organizational skills in thought, communication, and work execution.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and relationship-oriented.
- A motivation to contribute to a rapidly growing, transformative organization.
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (flexibility available).
Essential Skills:
- Substantial immigration experience (70-80% of daily responsibilities).
Preferred Skills:
- Paralegal experience.
