  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, providing coaching, counseling, and recognition to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Human Resources: Manage Human Resources responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and succession planning, to ensure a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a banquet kitchen, high-volume restaurant, or luxury/fine-dining restaurant.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to execute on guidelines for proper staffing and labor controls.
  • Knowledge: Complete knowledge of health and safety regulations, menu preparation, and presentation.
