Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive menu development, marketing, and sales initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 4+ years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
