Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team at HHB Restaurant Recruiting. As a Restaurant Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
  • Physical ability to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills.
