PacificSource is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR practices and strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Practices: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR practices and strategies that support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for leadership and employees in assigned departments, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
