Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Wellcove. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with the right workforce, maintaining a support structure that ensures a high level of performance while ensuring compliance. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to company leaders, anticipating needs for change, recommending data-driven solutions, and influencing sustainable resolutions and change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department managers to source the right talent through external and internal recruiting as well as development that supports the digital transformation of Wellcove.
  • Support of performance management and associate relations will be a primary focus.
  • Delivers communications and training initiatives during onboarding and an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain the required talent while ensuring compliance with client, legal, local, federal, other regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work through complex situations.
  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, clear communication, i.e. prepare concise detailed written reports, and presentation skills to interface with senior management, enterprise leaders, and peers.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience developing, measuring and reporting performance of programs, including project management skills.
  • Experience working with a team, preferably international teams, including making plans, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the activities of direct or indirect reports.
  • Exhibits emotional intelligence and professional demeanor, working with integrity, inspiring confidence and creating trust.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex associate relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including associate relations, talent planning & acquisition, HRIS - maintaining associate data, HR analytics & reporting, compensation & succession planning, performance management, LMS- Learning and Development, Benefits Administration, FMLA & ADA Leave Management, Payroll assistance, Strategy, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • BBA Human Resources Management or HRD preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI-PHR or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or HRCI-SPHR credential required.
