Job Summary
Sunrun is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to managers and employees on a full range of HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Consult with and educate leaders on compensation, performance review processes, and new hire onboarding.
- Support Workday transactional items and ensure employee changes are processed accurately and timely.
- Develop and implement HR projects and initiatives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist-type role.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Workday and GoogleSuite Platform.
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time and spend time in local branches.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
