Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Wipro Givon USA. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of assigned programs and ensuring the attainment of internal company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Manage the overall execution of assigned programs, including sales, EBIT, inventory management, on-time delivery, and quality.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers of assigned programs and manage customer relationships as it pertains to daily operations and long-term strategy.
  • Contract Management: Review and manage contracts, provide guidance and feedback across leadership and departments, and proactively manage contractual expirations and continuations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Manage customer demand releases to ensure adherence to contract requirements and coordinate with planning for evaluating future prospects and level loading existing demand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful program execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, collect status, communicate changes and urgent needs, and facilitate cross-functional cooperation to drive internal goals and meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven history of successful program management with a strong customer focus and experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, decision-making, customer service, issue resolution, organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Agile, are a plus.
