About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III or IV to join our team at Snohomish PUD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data governance frameworks and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data governance strategy
  • Manage data governance projects and facilitate data governance councils or committees
  • Design and enforce data governance standards, establish data stewardship roles, and drive initiatives to enhance data literacy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on data governance best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Four to ten years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related
  • Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
